I’d like to buy this chandelier, but what should I do if the crystals are damaged?

If the chandelier you purchased has any damaged crystals during shipping, don’t worry. Extra replacement crystals are included in the box. If those are not enough, we’ll send you additional crystals free of charge. Just contact our customer service team and provide photos of the damaged parts, and we’ll arrange for the replacements to be sent as quickly as possible. We’re committed to ensuring you have a flawless product experience!

If I don’t like the chandelier, can I get a refund?

Yes, you can get a refund, but you will need to cover certain fees and ensure the chandelier is in brand-new condition and suitable for resale. For detailed refund information, please refer to our return policy.

What should I do if my order is defective?

How should I install my order when I receive it?

For larger light fixtures, which are heavier and include many small parts, we recommend hiring a professional electrician for installation. For smaller chandeliers and wall lights, you can install them yourself if you have tools like a drill and screwdriver at home.

What payment methods do you support?

We support PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover, JCB, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and more.

Do I need to pay for shipping and customs duties?

All our products come with free shipping, so you don’t need to pay for shipping fees. As for customs duties, shipments to the U.S. usually do not incur any. If customs request an invoice, please contact us immediately for assistance.

Is customization available?

Sure. Our products support customization.

I have a sloped ceiling, how do I choose the right light fixture?

Most of our light fixtures are suitable for installation on sloped ceilings. However, some may not be compatible. We can offer a custom installation solution to make installation easier for you. To ensure the best fit, please contact us before placing your order.

My ceiling is very high, so I need longer wires and chains. Can I customize the length?

Absolutely! We can provide longer chains and wires at no extra cost to better fit your ceiling height. Please contact us before placing your order or mention the desired length in the order notes.

Are these light fixtures dimmable?

Most of our light fixtures are fully compatible with dimmer switches. However, a few models do not support dimming. If you don’t see a dimming option when ordering, it means that particular fixture is not compatible with dimmer switches.
